My name is Ronda Y. Guyton. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2012. I won the battle with a double mastectomy in July 2012. The stress of the disease left me with feelings of anxiety and depression. During this time I found that women were not fully taking advantage of their health benefits and that a disproportionate amount of minority women were not aware of services available to them.

With the assistance of Susan G. Komen Memorial Affiliate, family, friends and 20 amazing women "Pink Survivors." A journey began; first with the publication of "Pink Survivors." This book highlights the triumphs of local women and their battle with breast cancer. The proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen. Out of this effort Living to Serve Foundation, Inc. was formed to assist women's health in general. We want to increase awareness of the benefits that are available so that we can be the best that we can be.
