Lisandra Torres

Lisandra Torres is a Manufacturing Tech II Training Specialist with the American Red Cross in Peoria, Illinois. In her role, she is responsible for training new staff and ensuring their competence based on organizational and requlatory guidance. Ms. Torres also provides assistance to area hospitals in their effort to maintain blood product inventory for their patients. Ms. Torres is committed to ensuring high integrity blood products by diligently complying with internal and external regulatory requirements. She has a certificate in Medical Claims and Billing from At Home Professions and also has a Diversity certificate from Illinois Central College. Ms. Torres, who speaks fluent Spanish, is a very caring and outgoing person who loves interacting and helping others in a positive way.

She is a single mother of two college students, Justin and Mariah, and she resides in Peoria, Illinois.
