Sandra M. Donelson

Sandra M. Donelson is a Human Resource Generalist at Robert Cottingham Property Management Company in Peoria, Illinois.  Her professional commitment is demonstrated by the time she volunteers with the Heart of Illinois Human Resource Council Chapter #326 of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

She is currently the Foundation Chairperson for this organization and past 2015 President. In addition to her professional commitment, Ms. Donelson volunteers in the community through her church ministry, as well as, service and social organizations where she not only holds membership, but a variety of leadership roles. She is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children. 

Ms. Donelson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Illinois Central College.
